January Wrap-Up
This month has been a bit slow since I don ' t have school to keep me busy, but I ' ve been trying to enjoy myself as much as I can. Many days I stay at home, but I ' ve been trying to go out with friends more often. Luckily, I received the Christmas package from my grandparents in Chile, so I have been enjoying the sweets they sent. I ' m still waiting for my parents ' package to arrive, but I hope it does soon. My liaison helped me find some nearby locations to play tennis. I did an evaluation practice at one location, but they never got back to me so I just need to reach out to find a place and start lessons. About 2 weeks ago, my host parents went to Brazil because my host dad had to have surgery. During that week, I was under the care of my host sister and a family friend.
