Amanda's Year In Paraguay

    It is a tradition at my school that the 3rd grade (12th in the US), go to a camp for 2 days to get away from school, have fun, and have very long masses. Last week, on Thursday and Friday, we went to that camp. Since I am in the 2nd class (11th grade), I won't be able to go to the camp with my own class. Therefore, I went this year instead.     We left the school on Thursday morning and took busses to the campsite. Many of us slept during the ride, as well as talk and eat snacks. The grounds were large and had various buildings for bunking, events, and dining. When we arrived, we first unpacked our things and prepped our beds. We had a merienda of sandwiches and juice, and then met up together for mass.      Later, we started playing the games. The different classes (mine being basic sciences) rotated through stations with different games.
